Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using the BestEventsWala platform or engaging our corporate event and workforce services.

Summary: These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BestEventsWala website, corporate portal, and event management services operated by BestEventsWala ("BEW", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or submitting an event request, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Clause 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the BestEventsWala platform — including the website (besteventswala.com), corporate login portal, or any associated services — you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the platform on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such case, "you" refers to both the individual user and the organisation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

Our Services

BestEventsWala provides end-to-end corporate event management and workforce solutions, including but not limited to:

Clause 03

Eligibility & Registration

To create a corporate account, you must:

BestEventsWala reserves the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.

Clause 04

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

BestEventsWala will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any communication channel. If you receive such a request, please report it to us immediately.
Clause 05

Event Booking & Requests

Submitting an event request through the portal initiates our engagement process but does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when:

  1. A detailed Event Brief / Statement of Work (SOW) has been mutually agreed upon.
  2. The advance payment (minimum 40% of total estimated value) has been received.
  3. A written confirmation has been issued by BestEventsWala.

We aim to respond to all event requests within 4 business hours. For urgent requirements, please contact us directly via WhatsApp at +91 79761 32938.

BestEventsWala reserves the right to decline any event request without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

All amounts are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise in the quotation. Late payments beyond 30 days attract an interest charge of 18% per annum.

BestEventsWala reserves the right to suspend or withhold services for accounts with outstanding dues exceeding 15 days past the due date.

Clause 07

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to team@besteventswala.com. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

Refunds for eligible amounts will be processed within 14 working days of written cancellation acknowledgement.

Force Majeure: Events cancelled due to natural disasters, government orders, pandemic restrictions, or other genuine force majeure circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis with a focus on fair resolution for both parties.

User Conduct

By using the BestEventsWala platform and services, you agree not to:

Violation of these conduct requirements may result in immediate account suspension and legal action where warranted.

Clause 09

Intellectual Property

All content on the BestEventsWala platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the exclusive property of BestEventsWala and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your internal business purposes. You may not:

Documents and templates downloaded from the platform (such as SOPs, checklists, and agreements) are provided for use in the context of your engagement with BestEventsWala only.

Clause 10

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BestEventsWala shall not be liable for:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to BestEventsWala in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

BestEventsWala maintains 100% backup vendor policy and real-time operational monitoring to minimise the risk of service failure. In the rare event of a failure, we take full accountability and work towards resolution as our top priority.

Privacy

Your use of the BestEventsWala platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Clause 12

Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. BestEventsWala reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if:

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue in effect.

Clause 13

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct negotiation or mediation for a period of not less than 30 days.

BestEventsWala reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
